To be able to take the next steps in our development, we are now looking for a Marketing Manager to lead this endeavour in Norway. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels to drive traffic, leads, and revenue for our business industries within our Norwegian selling unit. This is a rewarding role in the field of technology representing a high-quality and internationally known brand, with an aim to promote the digitalisation of civil engineering with its innovative products.

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing initiatives for our segments, products, and solutions in Norway. The role involves planning and implementing campaigns and activities that support our sales pipelines, managing the marketing budget, evaluation campaign effectiveness using marketing automation tools and collaborating with external agencies to optimize our digital presence, including Google Ads, search engine marketing (SEM), Meta, and LinkedIn. You will in this role be responsible for creating and managing social media content and campaigns, as well as monitoring and analysing website traffic and user behaviours using tools such as Google Analytics and based on that make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

This role requires a solid understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and techniques and to be able to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that meet business objectives.

This is you
We believe that our new Marketing Manager is someone who is outgoing and independent with an entrepreneurial mindset, who contributes with some experience in B2B marketing and proven concepts, as well as innovative ideas. You have managed content for social media channels (Meta, LinkedIn), and have also coordinated campaigns for sponsored publications. You are highly skilled in creating innovative content and have a "storyteller" mindset that captivates our customers. Furthermore, you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and will be able to communicate with our diverse customer base on our social media channels.

You are self-motivated, driven by results and have strong project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. And most importantly, you have a passion for marketing.

Requirements and skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communication, business or other relevant field.
Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Experience in managing and distributing content on our social channels B2B, including sponsored/paid posts and target group setup.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Pardot.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, search engine marketing (SEM), Meta, and LinkedIn.
Experience of working in Salesforce is regarded as a plus.
Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English.
Ability to travel within Norway when needed (approx. 25 %).

Our Norwegian organization consists of approximately 60 employees, and we have offices in Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim and Stavanger. You will be reporting to our Sales Director, who is located at our premises in Bergen, but this specific role will be working towards the whole country and can therefore be based at either of our four offices - it is up to you. Flexible working models allow you to ideally combine work and private interests.
