About Us:

We are seeking skilled Industrial Painters to join our team in Norway. As a growing company, we provide a qualified workforce to projects across Norway.

We are currently looking for experienced industrial painters / surface treaters with valid certificates for upcoming assignments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in sandblasting and airless spray painting, and is able to work both independently and as part of a team.

⚙ Responsibilities

Perform surface preparation, including sandblasting, grit-blasting, and masking.
Apply industrial coatings and paints using airless or conventional spray systems.
Mix multi-component paint systems (epoxy, polyurethane, etc.) according to technical data sheets.
Perform quality control of the finished surface (checking wet/dry film thickness and finish quality).
Follow safety procedures and site regulations strictly (using proper ventilation and respirators).
Maintain painting tools, pumps, and equipment.

✅ Requirements

Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or Surface Treater
Hands-on experience with sandblasting and airless spray painting equipment.
Ability to read and understand technical paint data sheets.
Good English communication skills (to communicate effectively on projects).
Ability to work well in a team.
EU/EEA work eligibility (or valid permits).
Advantage: Valid certificates like Hot Work ( Varme arbeider ), forklift, lift/boom lift, or a relevant trade certificate ( Fagbrev ).
