What you’ll actually be doing

You’ll become an expert on online casino and sportsbook services while helping customers via:

Live chat
Email
Phone

You’ll support players with:

Account questions
Payments & withdrawals
Verification (KYC)
Security checks
Technical and gameplay questions

You’ll also:

Work closely with other departments to solve cases
Handle sensitive situations with professionalism
Spot patterns, risks and customer trends
Contribute ideas to improve systems and customer experience

Requirements

Fluent Norwegian (written & spoken)
Good English
