Assignment Description

Manage and coordinate procurement team activities for assigned packages, ensuring adherence to project goals and procedures.
Develop and maintain procurement strategies, plans, and budgets.
Handle supplier pre-qualification, inquiries, tender evaluation, negotiations, purchase orders, and oversee deliveries.
Manage changes, warranties, invoice control, and project close-out.
Collaborate closely with engineering and integration teams.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of contracts and detailed knowledge of technical and commercial aspects.
Reporting to manager on progress, status, schedule, cost, and risks.

Qualifications

Relevant master's or bachelor's degree
7-10 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Norwegian.
Strong systematic and analytical skills
Commercially driven with technical insight
Proficient in contract management
Strong negotiation skills
High integrity and ethical values
Dedicated and proactive team player
