With more than 30 years experience we have a strong foothold with our Norwegian customers, and are continuously expanding abroad. 2024 will be an exciting year, and in order to further empower healthcare providers to orchestrate safe and excellent care, we need more skilled colleagues!

Our solutions are already implemented and have been used in hospitals and municipalities for many years in both Norway and abroad. With increased demands for healthcare professionals, and an obvious need to make their daily work both effective and manageable, we foresee strong growth in DNV Imatis moving forward. We are apx. 100 colleagues today, with several more already recruited and on the way in, and in 2024 we will be looking for IT savvy talents in general. Clinical Application Specialists: As a Clinical Application Specialists you usually have a clinical background with minimum a bachelor degree and preferably with experience from the Specialist health service sector (Spesialisthelsetjenesten) or the Municipal health service sector (Kommunehelsetjenesten). In DNV Imatis the Clinical Application Specialists are the bridge builders between IT and the health professionals, working with our customers (usually hospitals or municipalities) to guide and understand the customer needs. You have insight in our portfolio, and may be a nurse or clinical ICT administrator who have already used our systems in a health care setting.

Integration Software Developers: As an Integration Software Developer you have a background within integration development, and are a team worker who excel in working together with the delivery teams. You have experience from REST API, competence within C# and Visual Studio and support tools like CI, CD, GIT etc. You are passionate about integrations, and may have worked as a full stack developer, system developer or with integration development. In DNV Imatis you will work closely with R&D, our Solution Architects, Clinical Application Specialists, System Engineers and Project Managers. You will play an active role in the delivery projects, and will be the technical bridge between the integration and the rest of the organisation, working with modern architecture and design lasting and sustainable solutions.

Project Managers: As a Project Manager in DNV Imatis you work either in our R&D or our Professional Service departments, and have 5-10 years of experience running projects. You have experience from planning, coordinating, structuring and estimating projects, including budget and prognosis work, staffing, contract adherence, facilitating meetings and reporting. You may be involved in tenders, and are used to dialogue with customers and internal stakeholders. You are structured, positive and robust, and show initiative and ability to engage the right resources at the right time in our projects. You have a commercial mindset, and know that in order to succeed you need to gain the trust of both our customers and at the same time have control of the budget.

Solution Architects: As a Solution Architect you usually have an IT education at a bachelor level or higher, and have experience from working in similar positions. In DNV Imatis you are a trusted advisor for our customers' Operations department, working to set up the solution infrastructure. You create the technical solution platform configuration specification needed to deliver the functional design specification, and are responsible for the performance and security of the solution. You work closely with the System Engineers in order to configure and test the solution, and you also write the technical documentation.

System Engineers: Another key position in DNV Imatis, our System Engineers have a technical IT background preferably at least at a Bachelor level. As a System Engineer you should be strong in Microsoft SQL database and Microsoft Server operating system. You enjoy working with parallel tasks and stakeholders, and have strong people skills and a structured way of working. You perform technical tasks from the Solution Architects in deliveries, as well as installation and technical configurations. Problem solving and technical solution testing, handling of 3rd line support tickets and contribution to technical documentation is also part of your mandate.

We just moved in to a new modern office in Porsgrunn, and also share an office with our colleagues in DNV in Sandefjord. We also have colleagues in Sweden, Denmark, the UK, Australia and Italy.
