Job Title: Enterprise Partner Sales Employment: Full time Start Date: ASAP Country: Norway, Oslo Model: Onsite Salary range: 65K ~85K NOK/per month, dependent upon experience Contact: Ramya Bharathy on: Vis telefonnummer på manningglobal.zohorecruit.eu Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned revenue, pipeline, partner development and new customer acquisition targets. Develop and execute the channel sales strategy in Norway, driving sustainable revenue growth through partners. Identify, recruit and onboard new high-potential partners to expand market, industry and customer coverage. Manage and develop existing strategic partners, including resellers, system integrators, distributors, MSPs and solution partners. Build joint business plans with key partners, including revenue targets, pipeline, customer development, resource investment and joint activities. Work closely with partners on joint customer visits, workshops, events and other demand-generation activities Experience/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, partner management or business development, preferably in the ICT industry. Strong understanding of the Norwegian enterprise ICT market and partner ecosystem. Existing relationships with Norwegian integrators, resellers, MSPs, distributors or enterprise customers are highly preferred. Experience in enterprise storage, data center, networking, IT infrastructure is preferred. Strong ability in new partner development and business hunting, in addition to managing existing partner relationships
