Hospitality Team Member

We are looking for Hospitality Team Members to join our café and restaurant operations at Lodgen Spiseri in Hemsedal. We are recruiting for a range of roles, including Runner, Dishwasher/Cleaner, Maintenance, Breakfast Host, Barista and Café Staff.

At Lodgen Spiseri, you'll become part of a close-knit team dedicated to creating great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment with plenty of variety throughout the winter season.

We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

Runner
As a Runner, you'll be the link between the kitchen, bar and our guests. You'll deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately, assist guests with the ordering system when needed, and help keep the restaurant clean, organised and welcoming by clearing tables and maintaining the dining area.

Dishwasher / Cleaner
As a Dishwasher / Cleaner r, you'll be responsible for washing dishes and kitchen equipment, as well as keeping the guest areas clean and tidy throughout the day. The role also includes cleaning dishwashing equipment and work areas, together with providing basic support to the service team when required.

Maintenance
You'll be responsible for basic maintenance, snow clearing, receiving deliveries and other practical tasks as required. This role is often combined with duties as a Dishwasher or Runner.

Breakfast Host
As a Breakfast Host, you'll prepare, replenish and present the breakfast buffet, ensuring it remains tidy, well stocked and inviting throughout service. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a high-quality buffet and provide guests with a great start to their day. The role also includes dishwashing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Café staff/ Barista
As a Café staff, you'll prepare coffees, drinks, cakes and light food items quickly and accurately to order. You'll also help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming café environment. Previous barista or bartending experience is an advantage, but not essential.

Working hours will vary between day and evening shifts, depending on the role and operational requirements. We are recruiting seasonal team members for a range of part-time positions with different contracted hours. In your application, please specify which role or roles you are interested in.

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage, but not essential.

• We generally look for applicants aged 20 or over, although we also encourage applications from candidates aged 18 and above..

This is a seasonal position, starting in late November 2026 and running until 7 May 2027. We offer positions with a range of contracted hours.
