Key Responsibilities

Cook

Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and company standards.

Ensure that food is prepared safely, hygienically, and on time.

Check food quality, portions, and presentation.

Maintain cleanliness of cooking stations and kitchen equipment.

Assist in inventory management and proper food storage.

Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Waitress

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.

Take customer orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly.

Answer customer questions about menu items.

Process customer payments as needed.

Maintain cleanliness of dining areas before, during, and after service.

Resolve customer issues courteously and report any concerns to management.

Kitchen Assistant

Assist the cook in preparing and cooking food.

Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients.

Organize and replenish kitchen supplies.

Keep food preparation areas clean and sanitized.

Dishwasher

Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.

Maintain the dishwashing area clean.

Dispose of waste and recycle according to company procedures.

Clean floors, counters, and other kitchen work areas.

Ensure adequate supplies of clean dishes and utensils are available.

Collaborate with general housekeeping as needed.
